We offer individual AI models for manufacturers of SoCs (system-on-chip) and SoMs (system-on-modules), camera systems or automated optical inspection systems (AOI). These are adapted to the respective systems, integrated directly into them and thus provide the end customer with effective added value.

AI integration

Our pre-trained AI offers SoC and SoM manufacturers as well as automation and AOI providers clear added value for their respective customer base. Thanks to its compact size, AI can be integrated into existing structures and hardware. Thanks to the synthetic database, the pre-installed models can be adapted to individual end customer use cases quickly and cost-effectively.

SoC/SoM manufacturer

de Jonge GmbH develops specialized AI models that are integrated as SoC (System-on-Chip) or SoM (System-on-Module). Based on the customer’s individual requirements, AI models are developed and trained for specific spectral ranges (from UV to LWIR). These models increase the value of the chips and modules through their versatile application possibilities and extended functions.

Automator

With the AI models from de Jonge, special machine manufacturers and automation specialists benefit from a targeted combination of different sensor data from their production system – e.g. from temperature, vibration, position, pressure, force or optical sensors – which can be efficiently evaluated using AI. This creates added value for customers through uncomplicated individual adaptation of the AI models to the respective products. This increases productivity and reduces waste.

Camera manufacturer

For camera manufacturers, we first develop an integration strategy for the adapted AI models. The models are then adapted according to the spectral ranges and resources of the camera system and trained with synthetic data. Our AI features significantly increase the value of the end product by enabling more precise and efficient image processing.

AOI manufacturer

For suppliers of automated optical inspection systems, the optimum spectral range is first defined. On this basis, de Jonge GmbH develops AI models that convince through transparent decision criteria and are precisely pre-trained for the respective spectral range. These models improve quality assurance and increase inspection efficiency. Thanks to the synthetic database, they can be flexibly adapted to specific end customer scenarios.

Embedded AI models

Our embedded AI models for optical inspection systems in industry are adapted to the specific requirements of each customer. In the future, we will offer various demonstration models for object detection and person detection, which can be tested without obligation in order to understand how they work.

In the next step, these models can be flexibly tailored to individual requirements, both in terms of the architecture and the definition of transparency criteria that make the AI’s decisions comprehensible and trustworthy.

Specific adaptation to the hardware used ensures that the AI acts quickly and in a way that conserves resources. It can be integrated directly into existing systems. This simplifies the use of artificial intelligence considerably and keeps development effort and costs to a minimum.
